My existential and professional background is atypical. Although I have always been interested in inner work and spiritual journey, I began my professional career as an artist; dance and music have nourished my sensitivity and creativity; They taught me discipline, perseverance and body language.

When I was 29 years old, I changed careers, I chose to be a psychotherapist. My connection with psychology, nature, body language and spirituality led me to choose Junguien psychoanalyse, art-therapy, Amazonian shamanic medicine in addition to equine assisted Interventions. These extraordinary and genuine beings. Today, I give face-to-face consultations in psychotherapy and personal development in Portugal and online for the whole world. I also give supervision for professionals in Equine assisted interventions.
